I bought 2 bottles of O Organics Lemon &;; Olive Oil organic dressing 12 Oz. UPC# 0 798** ***** *, Best by Feb 12 21. After opening the bottles I kept them in the refrigerator as advised. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the dressing , I noticed that it separated into 2 parts, the top was solid and hard yellow colored, and it didn't let me shake well the bottle before using the content.
