They are a real piece of work. They made changes to my monthly web hosting package without my permission, The cost nearly doubled! They charged me for a full year of SSL Certificate in July 2018 and now tell me that part of my "new unauthorized package includes a monthly fee for the SSL Certificate" So they double dipped on that. They never notified me of any changes, price increases nor did they ask permission. They just took what they wanted. They also LIE. I was told they would remove the "NEW" December 2018 web hosting monthly cost and close my account with them. They did not credit anything...customer service very defiant and nasty. No credit was issued. filed complaint with bbb. I had to cancel my debit card . DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. If you are currently using them....cancel your debit card before you tell them you are canceling their services!!!!!!
