Complaint regarding absolute poor and unprofessional services

Hello Sir/Madam, My name is DAXESH DAVE. I am one of your customer who has been absolutely dishearten with your services. I took mobile contract deal from your website back on 26th September 2006. I agreed for Nokia 9300i with O2 250 package 12 months with £90 cash back. Account No: 640**** Order No: MSW893414. As per my deal my cash back term was at months 5,7,9 and 12. So I sent all the details for first claim right on time and I have checked on website it was reached to your address on right time and I was being advised it will take 60 days to transfer the money. Then I waited for 2 months but still no response. So I contacted your customer services team and they advice me it will be sorted soon, while I was sorting out the first claim matter I missed out 2nd claim cause u guys didn’t provided me professional services. Then I sent 3rd and 4th claim on time with my new address which I requested to change on account from 76 angus street to 1 kincraig street. During all this process I tried to contact your team nearly 10 times out of that 6-7 times I was being put on hold for half hour and then got cut off which was really annoying and couple of time I was being advice by your team that it will sorted soon. My contract ended after 12 months. So I contacted your team again but still same response was put on hold and got cut off. So I contacted your online services where I chatted with your team and they said they will forward this issue to relevant team. Again no response from your team so I contacted you again through phone and email, I was being advice that your company having some problems with cashback so you were offering ASDA gift vouchers which I didn’t want it so I waited again and then contacted again and I received email from your team stating that money already has been transferred to my account which says on date 24/10/2007. I have attached my bank statements to show that no money has been transferred. Details for claim number 94837 Issued: 26/09/2006 Part A Part A claim received on: 16/02/2007 Part A paid on: 24/10/2007 - Payment was processed into your bank account. If after 14 days the payment is not showing in your account, contact us. (See below for contact details) Part B Part B voided on: 31/05/2007 - Reason: Expired-Not Received Part C Part C claim received on: 25/06/2007 Part C paid on: 24/10/2007 - Payment was processed into your bank account. If after 14 days the payment is not showing in your account, contact us. (See below for contact details) Part D Part D voided on: 30/10/2007 - Reason: Expired-Not Received All your claims have now been processed. Mobileshop.com would like to say thank you for your custom and we hope we can do business with you again in the future. Only cashback claim I missed was 2nd that to because you created so many issues for my first and I was trying to sort it out and I missed. After all this hassle I received email now u have not received my last claim as well. First one sent on time Second one missed thanks to your services Third sent on time Fourth sent on time but you are saying you have not received it. So to summarise everything just a simple matter of £90 cash back turned in to the biggest hassle for me and its nearly two years I m still struggling as I have not received any money back.
