I still have not gotten any kind of resolution. I called corporate and they are not helping. I cannot get the local manager to even acknowledge me. I had no hot water all weekend, a shower that came up to our stomach. Bugs in the room. Told the front desk multiple times and was told a plumber was in his way and nothing changed. User's recommendation: Do not stay here.
