Complaint/policy agreement

I was persuaded to try the Stream TV for a week to see if I like it and if I did, I could make payments and have it paid off in less than 4 months. So I decided to keep it and I have been making my payments faithfully. I got the equipment on Sept. 9th, 2019. By the middle of Feb I was pretty sure it should be paid off by then. I never signed a contract bc the manager said it was less than$400, so I didn't need one. When I asked to check to see when my last payment was, I was told he put me on 39 weeks of payment!! WHAT?? Why would I want to stretch something out for 39 weeks if it only cost less than $400?? So I had a conversation with another manager. He told me the other manager just used a sales tactic to get me to buy. Remind you I already have an account with them. I feel I have paid for my equipment and do not owe anything. I will never do business with Buddy's again. Plus they've taken money out of my bank account 3 times without permission!! User's recommendation: I highly DO NOT recommend doing business with Buddy's.
