I posted a complaint and it was not sent. The complaint was.... I have been a NASCAR fan since 1992 and have attended 10 races. It is my opinion that there should be no races in the rain. It is not safe OR easy to watch. Sure you have rain tires, but look what happened in the COTA race, It was a fiasco. You cannot control the weather, so when it rains....don't race. Race tomorrow. User's recommendation: Stop racing in the rain.
