Complaint on Closeout Direct

asked question on authenticity of product,told them no description of item pathec,Simon Odell told me i was pathetic and to shop elsewhere,when i wrote again that i would contact there CEO,he replied and has blocked my messages getting through,but reading about there scams,i'm better off,they had a bracelet that sais 24ct gold,i thought that it couldn't be real gold,and as there was no item description with any thing,i wanted clarification has i hadn't brought from this company before and i'm overseas.happened on 21stJanuary,only dealt with Simon Odell with on line chat
