Two years ago, May 2019, on I-70 heading back home the 6.0 DIESEL engine went. SERVICED PERFECTLY, Mileage on truck 115,600. Towed to Ford Dealer in Selina, Kansas off of I-135. Two weeks later, "a new 6.0 engine and $15,625 later. Why "DIDN'T" the HUGH Ford Dealer repair garage tell me the 6.0 engine is DEFECTIVE. If they had any brains they would have told me that and tell me to put in a new real reliable DIESEL????? FOR THE SAME COST. Now, 687 miles later on I-80 going west for a two week camping trip to Idaho the engine went again. Towed to Ford in, Brighton, Colorado. Repair mechanic in Selina had left oil on something and caused the engine to go again. *** FORD AND EVERYTHING THEY MAKE. ALL THEY DID WAS REARRANGE THE DECK CHAIRS ON THE TITANIC. COME TO FIND OUT THERE WERE LAW SUITS AGAINST FORD BECAUSE OF THE DEFECTIVE 6.0 FROM ITS BEGINNING. IF FORD HAD ANY BRAINS THEY WOULD HAVE RECALLED ALL 6.0 AND REPLACE THEM WITH A RELIABLE DIESEL.
