I haven't received my deposit for the car I didn't rent due to COVID-19. I have tried my best to contact them but to no avail. I need my deposit back again, in a pandemic. They have said I need medical evidence that I was quarantining due to being in contact with someone with COVID-19, but doctors in NI do not give medical certificates for this reason. If there is anything you could do to help me I would really appreciate it.
