Complaint lack of response to customer service
QuickI ordered the deluxe limited edition. I wad sent the value edition plus a pump. I didn't receive a reciept either , only a shipping label. I contacted customer service. They asked for a pic if Tyne package I recieved. I did. I still don't know why they could not look in their records for a copy of their shipment inventory. After half a week no response. I had to call and complaiqn. Gunnery said they never recieved a pic so I sent another one. Now I still have not had any response again. I called a second time to report this. So far no results. I hope they reply and correct the issue.
