Complaint Horrible Service

On February 22 2019 I went to Furniture Mart and paid in FULL for a living room set. On 03/01/2019 I received a delivery from Furniture Mart but my ottoman was not with my things. I was told they would call me when they get it in so they can deliver it. The day I paid for everything Deann called the warehouse in Covington to make sure they had all items and it was confirmed that they did all items would be delivered on 03/01/2019. Two weeks later I went into the store to see what was going on only to be told that they will call again once the item comes in. The rep at Furniture mart told me contact customer service in which I did on numerous times. Customer service never answers the phone and when I went to Furniture Mart again I was told to contact customer service I explained everything to the manager at Furniture Mart Amanda she check into a told me I would receive a call. The second when I went into the store and talked to Amanda I asked for a refund for a painting I brought because they were suppose to let me know when the other painting came in as well and they never did. The 3rd time I went to furniture was last week and Peggy was nasty to me. I was in the process of calling six on my side and Peggy told me I had to get out the store on the phone. I than called customer service and spoke with Alicia I gave all the information she needed she stated she will call me back. I stayed in the store while Peggy checked to see when another ottoman was coming in and she told me one was in and she stated she would call me on Friday 04/05/2019 so they can deliver on 04/06/2019. I did not receive a phone call as of yet. On top of all this the refund from the painting was put on a card that I had. Bottom line please save your time and money because this store has horrible customer service and my problem still is not resolved. On top of all this they asked if I wanted a ottoman that was on the floor and Hammond. I told Alicia I need to see the Ottoman first and I asked would they give me a discount and she ask how much I told her I need to see the item. I am even more upset than I was before she sends a picture of a dirty ottoman and expect me to want it. I don't think so. Stay Away from this company.
