In June of 2019 my annual membership claim up for renewal. Of course FAA very promptly charged my credit card $30. for the annual renewal of my membership. On 9/30/2019 I cancelled my membership (after being a contributing artist since 2012). According to the Terms & Conditions of the original contract between fine arts America and myself, I was to receive a pro-rata refund of my membership fee - I have not received a refund and now FAA completely ignores all my correspondence relative to this matter. It is not about the money - it's about the "principal" of the matter.
