Complaint for employer

I have talked to a few people but no one is offering to make it right or seems to care how their employees treat the customer. I am very angry with this company and ready to start reporting to bbb or whoever will listen after what was said to my husband in front of my kids and after speaking to the area manager and her seeming to not really even care. The owner hasnt returned any messages from customer service complaints where I have specifically asked to speak to him. This has been 2 weeks I have been trying to resolve this. If someone on the corporate level could give me a call I would greatly appreciate it. 214-564-****
