I had taken my F150 into the Kettering Monroe Brakes. The mechanic was acting very funny, making mistakes. Was unprofessional and caused me to miss a day at my work, and be late a second day. Said issue would take a few hours. Ordered wrong part. But then was the right part a day later. Was looking at it backwards. He seemed to be on drugs. Few weeks later I started hearing the same issue that I spent almost $700 and two days of work, when said would be fixed that same day. I was wrote up at work because of there unprofessionalism. Want a refund, and they won’t offer it.
