Complaint chasing refund

Dear sir or Madam a parcel didnt arrive it contained hair straighteners and hair curlers it was for my daugters birthday i contacted 3rd August was sent an email to send info to delivery investigation team which i did same day 3rd August. Not geard since every time i contact customer services they send the same email and advise to wait 48 hours 5 times ive sent the same form to you its been over a week now. I just want my refund. it shouldnt be this much hassel. i keep getting same info repeated send form wait 48 hours no further help from customer services i request a manager calls me or emails me today or i will be sropping amazon subscription and stopping all orders as im not well shouldnt be having to chase this every day.
