Complaint against the SEA Service Center in Singapore

I called the SEA service center in Singapore wanting to buy a battery for my stick vacuum cleaner (ZB5011). The customer service team said that they do not have this battery anymore. As they were unable to help, i had asked to speak to someone in-charge to provide me with a solution as my vacuum cleaner is in a good working condition. I cannot throw it away because they do not have the battery. I have spoken with Ryan, who was very rude and unhelpful. He just simply said he cannot do anything to help. I have asked to speak with Gavin Phoon, who has refused to call me back. I have been calling the service center almost everyday for more than 10days and leaving a message for someone to call and help me. I am sure a company like Electrolux would definitely be able to provide a solution to its customers under such circumstances.
