This is my 3rd attempt to discuss the rudeness of Bank Manager Gallagher, Buffalo Grove, IL. I called 2 days ago ; finally spoke to DENICIA, in Customer Service, after 1/2 hour wait. She told me she would have a Supervisor call me back to handle my complaint. Today, after waiting 2 days, I called again, waited for 15 min. to be told I needed to wait (another 15 min) to speak to a Customer Service Rep. and then a hang-up! Please have a Supervisor Email me: chgogo761@***.com I would prefer to have your management handle my complaint of the Managers total disregard for me with rude treatment rather than write a very unflattering review in my online Neighbor chat that includes many surrounding suburbs as well. User's recommendation: Don’t patronize 5th Third Bank.
