Complaint about order and instillation

I made a reservation on 7/30/2021 at 9:23am to have a trailer hitch ordered and installed. I chose a location and they stated I could have it installed at various times. I chose today at 10:00am. My husband and I rearranged our schedule to be able to drop it off. When we got there we were advised that they still needed to order the parts! Why did I have to pay for it ahead of time and why would it state that I could have it installed today? The person my husband spoke was rude and had no answers. I would like a call back as soon as possible to explain why we are going through this and what you are going to do to make it right. My telephone number is 315-263-****. My order and reservation number is 2064****. User's recommendation: Call a day or 2 ahead of time to make sure they have everything they need because they are not going to contact you.
