complaint about disconnection

SC # [protected] Promotion Code: PHN7+5 Products: PEHLA Variety Contract period: 7+5 Months Contract Validity: From 30-Nov-17 to 29-Nov-18 Without having any common sense, service disconnected on July 3, 2017 After that called more than 15 times to customer care and spent 580 Dirham. All customer care persons promised reconnection within 2 hours. Now more than one month passed. Not reonnected yet. A big shame only !!!
