Complaint about Business Practice

I placed an order on 9/6/20. When I got the receipt one of the items was on Backorder until 3/21. The other item was also on Backorder until 10/20. At the time I placed the order I asked if my credit card would be charged. They told me not until the order ships. What they failed to tell me was that the charged my credit with a pending charge until the items ship. I do a lot of transactions with Amazon and they have never put a hold on my card. User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
