Dear Okell’s, I want to file a complaint about the service I received from your store in SF recently. First time to buy and got installation service from Okell’s. I am really unhappy for the progress. Without finishing installation correctly, Your seller requested last payment and put lien on client’s house Damaged walls and bricks by installation service. I would like to have your Customer service manager to look in to the matter Please give me a call. Thank you
