I am Sunantha here, We always purchase A to Z from lulu only, I always buy stuffs from lulu Dubai(stadium branch )I had very bad experience yesterday September 1st evening around 8 pm, I went to take men foot mask, I couldn't find so I asked the girl who stand near me, she told me there is no such things for men, but I know there is, so I was searching and found, then I told her there is for men see it's here, for that she replied, you found rite take and go, what kind of attitude is this .she treated me as if I am her slave, I got really pissed off, I told please behave urself for that she asked me to behave myself..then I told her don't raise ur voice, I ll definitely complain, tell me your name, she said y should I tell my name, I can't tell, then at the end she told me my name is Gin go and complain, (she was raising her hand)I went to the manger, then manager asked her to apologize but she told she can't apologize and she was replying so rudely..(your staff is wittiness) I came home, I didn't buy anything…such a worst staff and human I never saw in my life..manger apologized but what is point in tat, he didn't do any mistake..manger said she is a promoter for some product okay let it be, when I asked her she should have told me in good manner that she is a promoter for some product and she don't know about this …my complaint is her behavior and attitude is worst, second thing she is giving wrong information (saying that there is no such product in lulu for men)please take action on her otherwise you ll loose ur customers
