My husband and I have always had great credit ratings with the other rating firms. All of the sudden insurance companies are using LEXISNEXIS which have given us an extremely low rating for no reason. This has caused all of our insurance, personal and business, costs to skyrocket. And there is no mechanism to contest the result. This is the most unfair, egregious process I’ve ever experienced.
