Customer was horrible, flight attendants going to Chicago to Atlanta was absolutely horrible and gate customer service from Atl to Chi was bad. The flight coming back from Chicago to Atlanta was full no air very hot. No refreshments, I asked for cranberry juice...none, water with no ice. I was surprised that I experience both flights had bad Delta service for Delta to be call number one my experience on both flights was horrible. People talk Spirit airlines is terrible... however my opinion people need to pay attention to the over rated Delta airlines. Horrible service. Sherry Clarke Brandy48chi@***.com 404 849 ****
