Dear sir/madam, futhur in reference to the complain to you regarding ms Minaxi p vyas, As claimed by her in her resume, 1) she was working with travel guru mumbai india from may 2010 till the date of joining with you, Truth is she was TERMINATED from her services from 1 st oct 2011, due to her attendance and id card punching irregularities and as per their records she is absconding till date u can cross check and verify this with the HR dept of travel guru. 2) she was working with zoha builders from Dec 2008 to Jan 2010., Truth is she was at home out of work at that time, this company does not exists and is just on paper the reference given by her is a friend of hers to help her get a job.you can cross check the very existence of this company. 3) she was working with jet airways from August 2005 to January 2007 truth is she was with jet airways for just a few months and was told to resign due to her unpunctualness and some issues she had with the management of the company. 4)on 23 rd september 2011 at 9:16 IST a call was received from mr Annirudh of your company tel no+[protected] to the reference she had mentioned in her resume, and the reference denied having employed or worked with her ever.she was then asked to change the reference page from her resume as per her convinence and give another reference. 5)Her telephone number in your company +[protected] is being used for her personal use during office time u can check the out going numbers called from this number since the date she has joined for your reference and verify the same. 6) she also braggs about her punching irregularities at your company and how her id is used and records are manipulated even when she takes holidays from work, and also when she reports late for work. 7) The name used by her is also not correct because as per the law in india she is married and not yet divorced so she has to be Minaxi darshan pathak, which is her married name and not Minaxi p vyas which is her name before marriage. 8)The passport that she is using for references and travel with your company is on her married name and on a different address, she has changed the address to a different one out of mumbai where she is staying since the past 5 months now which i think your company was not informed as its mandatory for your employees to be residing in mumbai to be on time at work. all the information given to you above is true and are facts, these misdoings, and the company contacts that she enjoys, and how she has made a manipulated such a big company like yours are bragged about by her, this wont happen unless she enjoys a good rapport with the higher ups in your company, hence i found it important and necessary to bring all these misdoings to your(head office) and managements kind notice for your timely action in this regard.if u need any more clarifications u can please feel free to contact me.
