Complain of watch quality and customer service

Dears management I am complaining of 2 things 1- my watch glass have broken because of fell down from the table !! 2- the branch have said I don’t have warranty because I don’t have the warranty document , the warranty should be in the system with the watch serial number I need to fix my watch and include the fix fees in the warranty because Rolex supposed to be heavy duty watch Regards Adel alradi 009665****1741 009665****5656 Adilalradi@***.com
