Complain for staff attitute

Update by user Jun 12, 2018 after 1 month i got call from the area manager but he tried to defend his employees. Yet i insisted and he promised to take action. Original review posted by user May 12, 2018 Dear team on thursday 10/5/18 i visited boots in sahara center to get some products as i am very regular customer. But the attitude of the staff was not only horrible but also I was bullied and verbally attacked. First, since i was carrying luggage with me and was unable to move around due to limited space, I asked helped of the employee named Rajan ( staff No 315924 , given by the manager). ALl he had to do was push the stands in the middle (red boxes)where the items on offer are displayed cos i was not able to pass throw. Yet he ignored my request because also I told him earlier I m not interested to buy WHAT HE WAS PUSHING ME TO BUY (as i have my specific items and i dont like to be FORCED). i ended up pushing your display stands by my own hands because the guy literally turn his back to me and went on the counter pretend to be a manager(he is not!). I left all the basket with items i was going to buy immediately after this attitude and the manager was there witnessed the whole thing (indian lady) and took no action. After 10 minutes I went back decided to get the person details as the actions bothered me as a person and as a customer and destroyed my calmness so that I can fill in a complain. Because I told to Rajan hold my luggage behind the counter so i can pass throw the shop and do my shopping but he refused and told im not your security. There, instead of getting an apology i was attacked verbally by the same man and 1 lady promoted arab nationality named eslam promoter to vichy. Specially the lady jumped in the middle shouting at me and talking exclusively arabic when i told her to step away and not bother me or be involved and not talk arabic cos im not she continued and also started to shout "no problem we are like this", and that i am a bad woman FRONT OF THE FULL SHOP " i told her YOU ARE NOT LAWYER NOONE TOLD YOU T O BE INVOLVED " yet she continued to SHOUT literally in arabic and her only english was IM BAD WOMAN AND GOD WILL PUNISH ME in the mean time, i had asked of course the manager and the details on the boots employee who previously misbehaved but the promoter was not stopping she started to come towards me bullying me more. Then i told "if i was mystery shopper you will behave like this? what will happen ?" "maybe i am shopper or alsaya employee how u know" The arab lady continued more harshly same ironic style "no problem u are bad lady" The Rajan sales person still had not apologized and refused to understand his mistake The indian lady i introduced as manager apologized but typically without understanding what was the mistake If a customer comes and has to carry your display stands, be bullied and verbally harassed there is no wrong to that??? I shall expect severe action against those people and I do not wish to see them in this shop again. Let me know so tat I can continue my shopping AFTER the action has been taken
