I would like to complain regarding the package with tracking number 811******** of Mr. Jorge B. Empil Jr. The LBC Pototan, Iloilo branch failed to delliver the package to the owner without contacting the number given and immediately returned the package to the main office. Please give us advice on how to receive our package. Hoping for your immediate response regarding this complain and concern. Thank you and God Bless
