Complain about a a hotel in Charlotte,NC.

The room has not being clean in FOUR days, I requested cleaning more than 3 times. I confirmed twice with the staff our room would be cleaned however it never was. We had to go to the lobby to get toilet paper, soap and towels. User's recommendation: Do not stay here.
