Compensation for 5 months of my service not working correctly
Ever since I switched to Altice one FIve months ago my service hadnt worked correctly. It was finally fixed (almost) this week I want to be compensated for my cable service that didnt work for FIVE months. I was offered a paltry amount which was an insult. Please call me at 917-887-**** Edward Byrne User's recommendation: Avoid Altice One at all coasts it’s horrific and DOES NOT work correctly.
