I have tried to contact foodsaver for over a month by phone and filed through their contact form and they will not respond. I believe I have a warranty issue since unit will not vacuum and is less than a year old. Apparently there is no way to receive service and they are trying to blaim it on covid. DO NOT PURCHASE any foodsaver products because the company has no customer service User's recommendation: Do not buy until company has customer service issues fixed.
