I purchased two Gold Shield 5L Rv covers at a premium price expecting a premium product. What I got was two cheap Rv covers made by North East Harbor that cost less than half of what I paid, were of considerably less quality, and were actually shipped by another company that actually carries inventory. This is nothing but a shell company operating as a drop shipping company but claims to provide a product they don't actually have. They are scammers and refused to make it right. Return shipping is conducted only by email and has to be returned to a Canadian address. RipOFF! User's recommendation: If you see their website leave immediately. They don't have a physical place of business.
