Company took money, have no product 3 mo
ordered custom controller from customps3controller.com aug 12th, they took my money of $153.92 on Aug 14th in full. I have no product, and no refund. I have contacted them dozens of times, but they have no live customer service. it's been all emails and voice mails. i contacted BBB, the company responded to them with i would have product by end of week. that was more than month ago. i need help in getting a refund or the product. The product is on the market from competitors, it's been 3 months! any help in obtaining a refund or the product would be appreciated. The only reply i've recieved from the company was 2 mo ago that they had to add a chip before shipping. All competition has the chip updated and have been shipping for past 2 months no problem. They don't respond to any communication.
