Ive been at the airport for over an hour and there was no shuttle to advantage car rental in SLC. I have a paid for confirmed booking. I called their company and they are not taking calls, the other rental company said Advantage has been closed due to corona. I emailed them twice with no response. I called your customer service and the gentleman said he would look into it and call me back. You need to give me a full refund today or book with a car company that is still in business User's recommendation: Don’t use this service.
