Company shuts doors leaving many unpaid
In May of 2019, Precise Co-founder & CEO, Antonio Franzese announces that due to multiple lawsuits filed against him the company will finally close their doors for business after years of financial struggle. All employees were laid off without severance leaving some owed thousands of dollars in payroll & commissions. Vendors also went unpaid totaling Millions of dollars in advertising spend. Precise even made deductions out of employees paychecks for health benefits & child support which later was found never to be paid. Clients prepaid Precise but never received leads & were blown off when requested to be refunded. The company mismanaged funds likely to pay their attorney fee's & support the lavish lifestyle of the CEO.
