Company refusing to fix pre-existing issue in vehicle

On August 22,2018 I purchase two vehicles from Hendricks Kia of Concord. One being a 2013 F150 Ford truck. Had to leave truck to be taken to ford dealer to fix tire sensor light. Could not pick up to bring home until a week later. After driving truck to work the next day notice a noise coming from truck. Called Saleman, he instructed me to bring truck back in. Took the truck back in the next day and the service dept looked and drove truck. The service manage informed that the truck needed to go back to Ford due to their service dept was not qualified to diagnose fords. The service manage of Kia made appointment with Hilbish Ford of Concord. Took a half of day off of work to take truck to appointment. After getting results from Ford that the Turbo was making the noise.Took results to Kia. Kia then said that it was not the Turbo making the noise that Ford was trying to make a profit. Kia offer to sell me a different truck which would have been a much higher payment and model that I did not like. After I refused higher payment they suggested that I use my extended warranty to fix my truck and they could now do the repair. I was concern that first they express they wasn't qualify to work on Fords and now cost too much to fix turbo. Then management said if I paid 1500 out of pocket they would fix. I refused then the wrote a I owe you paper that if Turbo goes out in the next year the would fix. I feel that they told me that to keep me quite. Every management from sales to service department of Kia drove the truck and agree that there was something wrong but didn't think it would cause any issues. My concern is in the beginning they sent truck to Ford for expert opinion but when the cost was going to be too high then Kia management felt they now could diagnoise issue.
