Company refuses to refund over $1000 for cancelled Penn & Teller show

I purchased tickets to Penn and Teller in 2019. The show was postponed and then finally cancelled. I requested a refund. I was told by Ticket Center that they issue a refund if the show is cancelled, not postponed. It was cancelled and Ticket Center will not refund my money. TicketMaster supposedly paid the original ticket purchaser and said I have to contact Ticket Center for the refund. They want to give me store credit. I already had store credit for another show that was not able to be attended in Jan 2020 and that store credit expired in 2020 because there were not shows open to see due to the pandemic. That credit was over $500 and now I am losing another $1000+! User's recommendation: Do not use Ticket-Center. This should be considered theft.
