Company refuses to provide monitoring records after robbery

I experienced several robberies. The alarm monitoring company Alarm Connections, formerly AFA, Alarm Funding Assoc. refuses to give me all of my alarm records without a subpoena and they will not give an address to direct the subpoena to. Customers need to be aware that if they need access to their customer records, they will not cooperate. User's recommendation: Hire an alarm monitoring company that will assist if you do get robbed.
