Company Refused to Fix Own Mistake

My fiance originally purchased a few bottles of wine from winebuys.com as a Christmas present for me. When the box arrived, it contained the wrong shipment. As my fiance is currently deployed in Afghanistan, I offered to call winebuys.com to settle the problem. When I called December 10, 2010, I received no apology and was told a UPS label was coming my way so I could ship the wine to the correct recipient. Winebuys told me they would contact the woman who may have my order and tell her to do the same. A few days had past and I did not receive a UPS label. I wrote a help desk ticket that was ignored for two days before my fiance got involved. When they responded, I requested a tracking number for the order I was originally supposed to get because I wanted to make sure something was coming to my house. I offered to ship both, the wrong package back to the rightful owner, and the package she was sending me back to their store. I got no response. I wrote again explaining that I wanted new wine from the company because the order I was originally supposed to get was sitting in someone else's house for over a week and a half. I was promised tracking numbers December 15, 2010, one for the original shipment and one for the second shipment coming from the store. When I did not get a response at all last week, I wrote yesterday, December 20, 2010 asking again, for the tracking numbers. Winebuys completely ignored my question about my shipment and just asked me if I had placed the wrong package out for delivery yet. After hearing this, my fiance again, found time to write them from Afghanistan. They responded that my original order was being shipped to my house from the lady who got it by mistake, even though we discussed several times over that I wanted a new order from their store. They also blamed the delay on me for wanting a new shipment of wine rather than taking what has been misplaced for nearly two and a half weeks. After bringing this to their attention again,Winebuys told me they were sold out of what was in my order and that the only bottles left were on their way from Louisiana (in my original order). I do not understand how this was possible after they promised to send me a new shipment from their store over a week ago. Now they're out of stock? I have decided to accept the order that another one of their customers got by accident and is shipping to me. I have never dealt with such a lack of customer service. This company made a mistake and expected its customers to fix it for them. I am completely disgusted with the lack of response to a mistake they made.
