The Company Hoppiny contacted me by email to write a review about a recent product I purchased from them. I was dissatisfied with the product, I left a review which was one out of five stars. I then asked for a refund and how to return the product. They have yet to answer my request. Unfortunately they are ignoring the request failing to provide a money back guarantee.
