They're a scam company. They triple charged me $100 saying it was a "technical error", but really what they did was have another company name "Gift Inc" charge me once, and two charges under "Pick Up Flowers" -- THEY'RE ALL THE SAME COMPANY! I had to request a refund for the "Gift Inc" which took 4 days....and then they still didn't refund me back for the other transaction. They said it would be escalated to the "concern" team, but they didn't get back to me at all until I reached back a week later. They did have the audacity to tell me they had no update and to email Customer Support. WTF. So I had enough and called my credit card company to dispute a charge. Basically they're only 2-3 Indians pretending to be different people online and have different companies to make it look like the first charge was a mistake, but you'd forget the other two charges. SHADY FOOLS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
