I went to one of your stores several years ago, where after my purchase I was told to take my own receipt. Worked in the public many years, which also included management. So I was completely insulted by this policy. A few years later a friend told me that Ross no longer implemented the take your own receipt policy, so I started going back. Then last week while being in a store, I saw that once again you have started this insulting, lazy policy. Im sure you will want to blame COVID for this, but riddle me this. The cashier was wearing gloves, handed me my change that hundreds of people could have potentially touched, but made me take my own receipt, which no one had touched. Until you change this ludicrous practice, you have lost my business...again... User's recommendation: I can’t answer for other customers.
