company not sending costume when promised

Ordered online from Miccostumes on May 5, 2019. Promised on invoice that shipping would occur by May 15, 2019-May 20, 2019. I contacted the company on their website with the online chat option about a week after the costume was ordered to check on status because I received nothing by email. Was told to be patient and they would check. No response afterwards. Delivery on invoice is promised by June 5-June 17, 2019. My daughter has a convention and needs costume before June 25. I DM'd them on Facebook and was told to be patient again today and they would get back with me. Website promises answers within 24 hours. They have already taken funds from my account. I have emailed several times, left messages on Instagram, Deviantart, Facebook, and their website. Still, no response. Called company and they did not answer even though it was during work hours. I need to know if they will deliver or not so we have adequate time to order from someone else and receive a refund from the company. I told them they would be reported to econsumers.gov and BBB if they did not respond.
