Company not open to cancell a reservation

I have send several mails to Customer Services at SnapTravel and they have not responded, only one response by mail by the agent Jhoana saying that company policy did not allow changes or cancellations. I have explained that the reason of the request for cancellation is due to Covid 19 restrictions to a festival where my Son was planning to attend. Addiitionally I have told them that they overcharged me with almost $150 dollars. User's recommendation: Do not make your booking with SnapTravel.
