I'm a furloughed employee and Life storage is doing nothing to help their customers during this time. everytime I call customer service number I get directed to the initial storage location where my storage is I can never get ahold of an actual person and customer service who's willing to help anyone filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I'm contacting the Attorney general!!! User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
