Company not fulfilling the promised refund

1

Justairticket sold us traveling tickets overseas scheduled for August 2020 (payment done in full amount on 12/17/2019 for total of $2847.80. Due to COVID travel bans, the flight was cancelled. In response, Justairtickets promised to give us partial refund of $825.80 out of original amount in August 2020. However the company never fulfilled the promise, which led us to file a complaints with Florida attorney general as well as Federal trade commission (FTC) Around mid April 2021, a representative from the company contacted us via phone and email regarding the filed complaint, and stated that they will pay us the owed money in order to resolve the complaint. However, since that date there has not been any refund. Based on the summited reviews on multiple online travel bloga, it appears that the company has treated many other customers the same way. A reasonable action by impacted customers like myself would be to file complains with FTC (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/), Florida attorney general (http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp;;amp;;Section=Citizen_Services) and their State's attorney general.
