Company replied that my tracking number/order doesn't exist in their book. Company name was used by an individual/organized group to scam customers. Remember: company is ONLY a marketplace. Always check your orders with their official support before you deposit any money. Check if your mails come from their true email addresses (mine were coming from false one) or better: call them directly! User's recommendation: Company can be used as a scamming tool. Be careful.
