Company looking to lose customers

I have been with service america for about 30 years ...before that 5 years with amira....service was great .... So bad now i am switching to another company..Every call is 65 dollar copay with an addition 75 dollar convenience fee if you want service... you cant reach anyone and if you do after waiting on hold for an hour they say to leave your number and someone will call you back...They promise to credit your credit card back but dont...They charge your card before they even do the repair. What a shame to see a great company go down the drain.
