Company hasn’t returned my emails

I had thought about placing an order...I put in my info and had items in cart but did not submit order...July 20,2020 and end of September they decided without my consent to place the order...Ive sent emails asking why the order was being processed received no answer sent another email saying I did not place the order & I did not want the items...Ive been calling and am being told its 183 minute wait...friend of my mine had cancelled the reoccurring order & has still received 2 or 3 additional orders User's recommendation: Run away fast.
