Company found out they have to cover 5k and stopped responding

Update by user Jul 08, 2021 Today I finally spoke to someone and they said they would notate that I wanted to move forward with fidelity covering their portion and I would pay the rest , she said she would send me a confirmation email and contact the service provider. I never got an email and also she has not notified my service provider yet Original review updated by user Jul 08, 2021 I contacted them originally June 15th in regards to my AC not working. They dispatched a AC company to my home to assess the situation in a timely matter. When the technician submitted his findings I spoke to a male named Steven in customer service who said it appears fidelity will need to cover about 4500-**** and the rest would be out of pocket for me but he needed to submit the report to his manager. Since then nobody will reach out to me or answer my calls. Ive called customer service 15 times , waited on long holds, and each time whoever answers then hangs up in my face . User's recommendation: Company won’t follow through when they owe money.
